The menu features simply delicious dishes made entirely with local ingredients. Kick things off with jalapeño poppers or scotch eggs, then choose from a lineup of satisfying sandwiches. Locally made milk buns and hard rolls hold veggie burgers, boneless fried chicken thighs, or 6-oz hand-formed patties made from beef, elk, venison, buffalo—even wagyu.
