Left Bank Ciders makes small-batch hard ciders and meads that reflect the agricultural and ecological landscapes of the Hudson Valley and the Catskill Mountains. We like to hand-pick and forage as much fruit as possible but also love to support local farms, with 100% of our ingredients coming from New York State. In addition to our ciders and meads, Left Bank serves the finest New York State produced beverages with an impressive, seasonal list of beer, wines, spirits, and other ciders. We host a variety of events, from weddings and welcome drinks to baby showers, corporate gatherings, private tours, and tastings—big or small, we do it all. With our in-house catering and a network of local caterers and food trucks, we ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience.
